Samadhan is a prestigious name in the field of Entrepreneurship development and skill development in association with Government under public private partnership (PPP) mode. We are on a mission to make the youth of the nation self-employed and self-reliant, encourage the growth of various sectors, be the voice for local, and grow India under Atma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan.

Samadhan Samiti is a social enterprise which; educates, updates and trains budding entrepreneurs with latest technology, schemes, processes and business planning, utilizing various modern training methodologies and mediums, ranging from digital live classes to Agile methodology-oriented Learning Management Systems, and is also recognized by National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India as a Pan India Awarding Body. It is also engaged with various government, semi-government & other institutions for training programmes, incubations, software development & allied activities.

Institute for Industrial Development (IID) is a unit of Samadhan Samiti is an incubation centre with Government of India, Ministry of Micro, small and medium Enterprises and with department of start-up at Uttar Pradesh. The Governing council of IID has members nominated by Ministry of MSME and Samadhan.

Entrepreneur India Tv is a YouTube Channel owned by M/s Samadhan Samiti, one of the most active industrial documentary contributors on YouTube These documentaries give insight into the processes, raw material requirements, manpower and project cost to the entrepreneurs enable them to make informed choices.

His commitment to community service found early expression in the founding of the social organisation 'SAMADHAN' in 1999, an initiative that has grown into a respected platform for meaningful change. Driven by a conviction that entrepreneurship can be a powerful engine of economic and social upliftment, he channelled this vision into laying the foundation of the Institute for Industrial Development—an incubator recognised under MSME, Government of India. As General Secretary, he continues to steer the organisation's mission of entrepreneurship development, blending financial acumen, institutional experience, and an enduring dedication to service.
